Call of Duty: Black Ops is a game of first-person shooter developed by Treyarch, published by Activision
and that will be released on November 9, 2010 for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii and Nintendo DS (standalone version developed by n-Space) consoles. Officially announced on April 30, 2010, the game is the seventh installment of the Call of Duty series and the third game of the series to be developed by Treyarch. It is a sequel to the previous title of the developers of the series, Call of Duty: World at War. It is the first call of the ownership of rights established in the Cold War era.

Gameplay:
Black Ops is a game of first person shooters. The player assumes the role of a foot soldier and therefore has access to different guns, two of which in turn can be transported as well as explosives and grenades and other equipment to fight the enemies. When players are close enough to an enemy, you can perform a melee attack that ensures a one-hit-kill.
A character can be positioned in one of three positions: standing, crouching, or prone, each affect the frequency of the characters movement, precision and stealth. The player can be immersed directly exposed from a standing position. The player can run faster while before getting tired. When the character has taken damage, the screen turns red. Health regenerates to avoid damage. When the character is within the blast radius of a grenade, a marker indicates the direction of the grenade, helping the player out or throw well again. The game features a wide variety of weapons such as crossbows (the explosive alternative), Dragon's Breath rounds and ballistic knives.
Plot:
Call of Duty: Black Ops takes place during the Cold War. The player controls two main characters: Alex Mason and Jason Hudson, studies and observations that are agents of the Group of missions behind enemy lines in places like the Ural Mountains, Laos, Cuba and Vietnam. Cuban leader Fidel Castro "will play a crucial role in the campaign for a player. One of the characters of the Soviet campaign of World at War, Viktor Reznov, Alex Mason returns as companion.
